Alex was experiencing frequent fainting, and her family noticed the episodes often followed a rapid rise in her heart rate. She wanted a heads-up the moment that started happening. Alex uses TachyMon's alerts as a cue to sit or crouch down when her heart rate climbs quickly, and she finds the app helps her feel a bit more in control of her day. It is a simple but specialized app, and we hope it may help others with POTS, or anyone who wants to be alerted to changes in their heart rate. APPLE HEALTH TachyMon integrates with the Apple Health app. TachyMon stores workout information (including heart rate) with the Apple Health app. WARNING: It is important to consult with medical professionals if you are concerned about your health. The TachyMon app is intended for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for specialized medical care. Your chronic ally. Chronically is a calm, private place to track life with a chronic illness, one day at a time. Living with chronic illness means managing a hundred small things on the days you have the least to give. Chronically keeps it gentle: quick check-ins, honest tracking, and clear reports, with zero judgment and zero clutter. DAILY CHECK-INS Log your mood, energy, anxiety, appetite, sleep and pain in under a minute, note the symptoms that matter to you, and add a line about your day if you want to. Choose to focus on your body, your mind, or both: a Mood & Mind symptom set sits alongside the physical ones, and the pain question is optional for anyone it doesn't fit. On a low day, "Same as last time" gets you done in two taps. Gentle streaks celebrate showing up and never guilt you for resting. FLARES When a hard stretch starts, mark it at the end of a check-in or from Trends, and tell Chronicle when it eases. Flares appear on your charts and in your doctor report, so the hard stretches are easy to see and easy to explain. INSIGHTS Chronically looks for patterns in what you've logged and tells you about them plainly: which symptoms tend to land on your lower-energy days, how a rough night shows up the next morning, what overspending your energy costs you tomorrow. Every insight shows how many days it's based on, weak patterns stay quiet, and nothing is ever presented as a cause. SPOON CENTER Plan your day around the energy you actually have, using spoon theory. Set today's spoons, plan your activities, see your week at a glance, and reflect at the end of the day on how it really went. MEDICATIONS Keep every medication in one place, from pills and injections to patches, topicals, gummies and drops, with schedules that match how they're actually taken. Log doses, see your adherence, keep a history of dose changes, track your supply with a heads-up before you run low, and note whether an as-needed dose helped. Optional reminders, including one to remove a patch. APPOINTMENTS & DOCTOR REPORTS Save your doctors, get an optional reminder of your questions the evening before a visit, and jot down how it went afterwards. Export a doctor-ready PDF for the dates and sections you choose, including a summary of everything since your last visit with that doctor. TRENDS Watch your patterns come into focus over a week, a month or a year, with flares, medication changes and appointments marked right on the chart. WEATHER Add your city and Chronically will quietly note the weather on each day you check in, including barometric pressure. Your city only, never your exact location, and entirely optional. GETTING STARTED A short welcome and a few gentle tips from Chronicle, the app's little companion, which appear the first time each feature does. Skip them anytime, or bring them back from Profile. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Free, with no ads, no paywalls, and no locked features • No third-party analytics or trackers • Your data stays on our own servers, never sold, never shared • Delete your account and all of your data anytime, right from the app Chronically is built and cared for by one person, and kept free so it's there for everyone who needs it. Chronically is a personal wellness journal, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It isn't a monitoring service, and no one reads what you log. Always talk with your healthcare provider about decisions regarding your health. You're doing better than you think.
