How fast are you? Sprint AR pits you against an augmented reality runner in the most widely known test of speed in sports - the 40-yard dash. Whether you are wanting to know what professional athlete speeds look and feel like (4-5 seconds), or are wanting to set a bar to race against for your own personal development, this app will help you understand what that speed looks like. Set up the Sprint area: Follow these simple steps to set up the sprint area using your iPhone's build-in augmented reality: • Scan the ground in front of you by pointing your camera at it and slowly move your device. Once the surface is detected, you will see a white mesh over the surface and you will see the indicator to place the starting point. • Confirm the placement of the starting line by clicking the "Place" button. • If you don't like the placement position, you can redo it by clicking the "Redo" button. • Once placed, you may slowly reorient yourself along the racing environment to get your favorite angle to record the race. Set up the Racing time: • You can set the racing time between 4-7 seconds here. Professional athletes frequently run the 40-yard dash under 5 seconds, but everyone has to start somewhere! • Once racing is started, the experience will be recorded automatically. You will have the option to save the video to your camera roll at the end. Are you ready to Run? We highly recommended using the newest generations of iPhones or iPads imbedded with Lidar sensors to get the best AR experience. The app will still work with older iPhones, but you may experience some issues with the racing environment sliding. The Sprint AR app is for sports enthusiasts and people into physically and mentally fitness (or people who just like to run)! Welcome to Sprint AR App!

Deep is prehab built for your own body. Prehab is the targeted work you do ahead of time, on the areas where you lack range of motion, stability or control. Deep gives you a method to do it right: structural strength, a program designed from your own results, alongside your regular training. Your training builds your engine. Deep strengthens the foundations it runs on: the strength, stability and motor control your body needs to perform today and keep performing five years from now. START WITH A TEST, NOT A GENERIC PROGRAM A questionnaire and a movement test you do at home, 15 minutes in total, no technical equipment needed. Deep analyzes 9 areas of your body and identifies your muscle imbalances and deficits, as well as your weak points in stability and motor control. Your results appear on an interactive body map, so you see exactly where to focus your work. DESIGNED BY PHYSICAL THERAPISTS Your results are processed by an algorithm designed and validated by physical therapists who specialize in performance sport. No generic AI: human knowledge and experience, built into an algorithm. A PREHAB PROGRAM THAT EVOLVES WITH YOU From your profile, Deep generates your personalized prehab program, based on structural strength. Targeted, progressive and easy to fit into your routine: 10, 20 or 30 minutes, 2 to 3 times a week, at the box or at home, with or without equipment. Every exercise is explained in detail. WHO IS IT FOR? Competitors looking to break through a plateau, regular athletes who want to train for the long run, beginners who want to build a solid base: Deep adapts to your level and your goals. WHAT YOU GET • A test you can do on your own, at home • A profile of your imbalances and deficits across 9 areas • A 100% personalized prehab program • 300+ structural strength exercises with video guidance • Progress tracked session after session FREE TO START The test and your profile are free, and you get a 14-day trial of the full program. After that, the program is available by subscription, with no commitment. Deep doesn't replace your coach or your physical therapist: if you're in pain, see a healthcare professional. Deep is prehab that makes your body stronger and more stable, and your training more sustainable. Build the foundations of your performance. Build to Protect.
