KF vs Selfrell

STRIDE stands for “Strength Identification and Expression,” which means becoming aware of your personal strengths and using them more in your daily life. The KF-STRIDE® app was developed by Kessler Foundation to help individuals learn how to do “strength-spotting,” which is a way of recognizing when you use your strengths every day! The app focuses on 24 character strengths, which are positive traits identified by the field of positive psychology. The app provides a description of these strengths, as well as a place to “spot” them in a daily journal. Research shows that “spotting” strengths has clinical benefit: it can boost your mood and well-being and show you how many times you do something “right,” as opposed to focusing on what you do “wrong.” In addition to the daily journal, the KF-STRIDE® app will provide you with reminders to spot your strengths and a monthly summary of all the strengths you used that month. KF-STRIDE® was created by Kessler Foundation with support from Alfiero and Lucia Palestroni Foundation.

Relationships and emotional growth are hard work. But they don’t have to be heavy. Let’s make them feel like play. Selfrell is a new, playful, and symbolic journal that helps you reflect on these feelings. We turn your emotions into 'Crells' - creatures you can understand and your inner strengths into 'Startifacts' - tools you can collect and grow. Stop feeling stuck and start your adventure of self-discovery! How it works? RECORD YOUR MOMENTS: Quickly log difficult emotional triggers ('Cue') or positive memories that build connection ('Foster'). RE FRAME YOUR THOUGHTS: Use your collection of 'Startifacts' (your inner strengths) to practice reframing negative thoughts into positive ones ('Tame'). SEE YOUR PATTERNS: Look back at your journal to *finally* see the patterns behind your feelings and build true self-awareness. What you will build? TRUE SELF-AWARENESS: Recognize your emotional triggers and learn to respond in healthier, more intentional ways. STRONGER CONNECTIONS: Nurture your relationships by reflecting on your patterns and fostering positive moments. MENTAL RESILIENCE: Level up by turning your life challenges into a fun, engaging, and meaningful journey. A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER I experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating complex relationship dynamics and their impact on mental health throughout my life. I created Selfrell to address this complex issue using a playful approach, making it easier, motivating, and meaningful to understand emotional behaviors. By combining my interests, I want to share the results of my journey and hope to create value for others as much as it has for me. — For more information: Terms of Service: https://www.notion.so/lifeful/Selfrell-Terms-and-Conditions-37eff858f8384f6e8c779eff53c22686 Privacy Policy: https://www.notion.so/lifeful/Selfrell-Privacy-Policy-6ab85eefad814366b22a88b4cb3fc286 If you choose to purchase Selfrell Gold, payment will be charged to your Apple account.
