Verdict
LEWKIN and Our Yard Thrift both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Our Yard Thrift's written reviews are positive against 52% of LEWKIN's. Our Yard Thrift also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). LEWKIN's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 11). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Our Yard Thrift holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LEWKIN has 1.1K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 52% of LEWKIN's written reviews are positive against 100% of Our Yard Thrift's.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
