It’s ok
Hard to track orders and doesn’t tell you where their really at or how long until they come. Takes forever to come as well even though it’s in California and I’m in Texas. I ordered it on August 1 and it finally gave me an update that it’s coming August 15. They do have good deals when they have a sale but still not worth the long wait or not knowing where your package is coming or at.

would not recommend if complications arise
my package was marked delivered at a time i wasn’t home and when i got home i couldn’t find it, and there was no POD so I checked the security cameras. neither a delivery driver nor a truck had been at my home at the supposed time of delivery and I told lewkin customer service as such very politely and they simply said they would file a claim and it would take about 3 weeks. It’s not the time I have an issue with, it’s that they offered no compensation for my lost/stolen package and even implied slightly that I couldn’t find it and it was delivered. Clearly not because I have the evidence that a delivery truck did not even visit my home. Honestly a disappointing experience and, as a longtime customer, I won’t be buying from them again.

Love the shop, don't love the app
Lewkin clothes are so cute and I'm def thinking about buying from them again, but the app is a bit of a headache to work with. It's still very much functional. Just hard to track orders, change settings (the app often shuts down when I try to open settings at all), and doesn't swipe and scroll very smoothly.

Clothes are cute and the site is fine itself but the shipping takes forever it’s already been a month since i’ve ordered and it hasn’t come it. The real issue is also they don’t update u often, but shipping rlly pisses me off bc it takes forever

Extremely disappointed with the service. Shipping takes forever—about two weeks just to arrive. The return process is even worse; it takes another 1–2 weeks to get a refund, and they actually make you pay for the return shipping. Major fashion brands and other shops are never this slow. Lewkin is incredibly sluggish compared to the competition.

their app is great and they have good sales on occasion. i just wish the quality of their jeans specifically were better 😭😭 i bought a pair and when they arrived they were like super thin.. ofc they looked great but i was js disappointed paying $70 for cheap material jeans 💔
delayed shipping
I ordered my clothes from Lewkin on November 12 and it was supposed to arrive today (December 7) according to Shop, which was already taking about a month. I did not receive anything and according to the shipment tracker on Shop, my package appears to still be across the country (it’s been in the same exact location for the past 3 days).

I get SOOO many compliments when I wear my jeans from LEWKIN and always get asked where they’re from. I love the quality, DISCOUNTS, and clothing selection available. I’ve even received freebies like stickers and skincare samples included in my order! The delivery time is about 2 weeks and never disappoints!

love but tracking is bad
I really like the clothes, theyre super cute and I love all the deals they have. The one thing that annoys me so bad is the tracking. It takes super long for your order to ship and the shop app doesnt even update. It takes about a month for my clothes to get to me and emailing them is no help.

Still haven't received the item for almost 2 weeks and the item looks nice in the picture and everything is fine ig but I hope you update shipping faster so customers can access the item faster
Scam/delayed shipping
DON’T SHOP ON THIS APP. I paid over $130 USD on my order and it still hasn’t shipped. Waited over TWO WEEKS! I emailed for assistance for a refund, and still haven’t received any response from their team.

Cute clothes— hit or miss
I love lewkin but sometimes the shipping can be really slow (one of my orders took a month just to ship) & you have to be super choosy with what you pick. But one recommendation I have is a way to filter what jean length you want. Like 38-38.9 // 39-39.9 //40-40.9 etc etc that’d be really helpful for finding jeans my length because it’s a mix of tall & short.
I know they have the option of categorizing what length you want but it would be easier to add that so it’s more specific. Lewkin is cool

why send so many pr packages in effort to gain new users and then charge existing users so much

I checked out the “Haul” section and I think all the videos are by people that got PR packages. Ik they are on other platforms like tiktok but I feel like the videos are hardly discoverable outside of this app…. they are sending pr packages for videos to only be discoverable on the app but price the (not many in number) existing users so high….;( I want to place an order rn, but my bank acc is holding me back… even with the discount I cant convince myself to buy $25 teeny tiny shorts;(

I used to shop on here when things were more affordable…opened it today… one piece of fabric only covering chest=$30……. regular shirt=$45……ㅠjust let me cry I can’t afford this

App won’t open half the time, just sits there and buffers.
five stars if tracking was better
The quality of the stuff is really good, and the extra free stickers are fun, but the tracking is really annoying. You have to be very patient with the tracking, because first you have to wait for five days than it says package shipped. And once its the day when your package is supposed to come, it doesnt and in the tracking app it doesnt say that it had been shipped? And contacting is hard. They dont respond on instagram and social apps, and emailing is bad because its a bot responding to you without your questions getting properly answered. No effort with the contact. The clothes are the only things hyping this up about. Tracking makes me so mad.

Terrible Customer service
They are an overseas brand which is why I understand why they would take so long to ship. However, it took them 2 weeks just for them to get my order ready. Within those two weeks, I sent them a message asking them for an approximate delivery date. They didn’t respond. As a first time customer, this creates a level of insecurity as I know some brands are scams. This also lacks professionalism. If Lewkin was going to take this long to ship and not respond to emails, why try to be an international brand.
