Wouldn’t recommend.
Honestly cute clothes and advertisement but when it comes to genuine customer service and quality this place is rated 1 star; I have been waiting over a month now for my package that hasn’t moved in a week. I spent $300~ and only have gotten one of my items out of the six.
That one item (skirt) I got had so many loose threads and lint that the skirt started shedding when taken out of the package.
Highly disappointed, and also you cannot return or refund your items if it has ‘loose threads’ but that just seems sketchy, If I am paying a high price for these clothes I should be getting high quality; not clothes that are falling apart.
I’d recommend research before purchasing here and not falling for influencer marketing.

Jeans i ordered were already messed up after waiting weeks for them and i dont even get a full refund

Hard to track orders and doesn’t tell you where their really at or how long until they come. Takes forever to come as well even though it’s in California and I’m in Texas. I ordered it on August 1 and it finally gave me an update that it’s coming August 15. They do have good deals when they have a sale but still not worth the long wait or not knowing where your package is coming or at.

would not recommend if complications arise
my package was marked delivered at a time i wasn’t home and when i got home i couldn’t find it, and there was no POD so I checked the security cameras. neither a delivery driver nor a truck had been at my home at the supposed time of delivery and I told lewkin customer service as such very politely and they simply said they would file a claim and it would take about 3 weeks. It’s not the time I have an issue with, it’s that they offered no compensation for my lost/stolen package and even implied slightly that I couldn’t find it and it was delivered. Clearly not because I have the evidence that a delivery truck did not even visit my home. Honestly a disappointing experience and, as a longtime customer, I won’t be buying from them again.

Love the shop, don't love the app
Lewkin clothes are so cute and I'm def thinking about buying from them again, but the app is a bit of a headache to work with. It's still very much functional. Just hard to track orders, change settings (the app often shuts down when I try to open settings at all), and doesn't swipe and scroll very smoothly.

I had to pay for my shipping Label, okay, but then they deducted an extra 9 dollars??? Whats the point in free shipping or paying for shipping if youre gonna lose that anyway? The pants were terrible quality. Overrated place

Clothes are cute and the site is fine itself but the shipping takes forever it’s already been a month since i’ve ordered and it hasn’t come it. The real issue is also they don’t update u often, but shipping rlly pisses me off bc it takes forever

Extremely disappointed with the service. Shipping takes forever—about two weeks just to arrive. The return process is even worse; it takes another 1–2 weeks to get a refund, and they actually make you pay for the return shipping. Major fashion brands and other shops are never this slow. Lewkin is incredibly sluggish compared to the competition.

their app is great and they have good sales on occasion. i just wish the quality of their jeans specifically were better 😭😭 i bought a pair and when they arrived they were like super thin.. ofc they looked great but i was js disappointed paying $70 for cheap material jeans 💔
delayed shipping
I ordered my clothes from Lewkin on November 12 and it was supposed to arrive today (December 7) according to Shop, which was already taking about a month. I did not receive anything and according to the shipment tracker on Shop, my package appears to still be across the country (it’s been in the same exact location for the past 3 days).

love but tracking is bad
I really like the clothes, theyre super cute and I love all the deals they have. The one thing that annoys me so bad is the tracking. It takes super long for your order to ship and the shop app doesnt even update. It takes about a month for my clothes to get to me and emailing them is no help.

DON’T SHOP ON THIS APP. I paid over $130 USD on my order and it still hasn’t shipped. Waited over TWO WEEKS! I emailed for assistance for a refund, and still haven’t received any response from their team.

Cute clothes— hit or miss
I love lewkin but sometimes the shipping can be really slow (one of my orders took a month just to ship) & you have to be super choosy with what you pick. But one recommendation I have is a way to filter what jean length you want. Like 38-38.9 // 39-39.9 //40-40.9 etc etc that’d be really helpful for finding jeans my length because it’s a mix of tall & short.
I know they have the option of categorizing what length you want but it would be easier to add that so it’s more specific. Lewkin is cool
