Both are free to download. MSM VIDEO sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. OSR Connect asks for nothing beyond the download.
OSR Connect holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MSM VIDEO has 62 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of OSR Connect's written reviews are positive against 27% of MSM VIDEO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
OSR Connect ships an update every 2 months, MSM VIDEO every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
