OVERVIEW: The FlexPro Grip app is to be used along with the FlexPro Grip device. Designed primarily for baseball pitchers, the FlexPro Grip app provides customized training protocols to be performed on the FlexPro Grip device to improve the strength, endurance and explosiveness of the muscles and tendons from your fingertips through your elbow that most impact pitching performance. There is no guesswork. All data measurements are objective. The result: reduce the chance of tearing your UCL improve your spin rate increase your pitch movement throw harder enhance your command last longer in games recover faster after you throw accelerate your rehab if you are recovering from a UCL injury / forearm strain HOW APP WORKS: The app first guides you through a Strength, Endurance, and / or Rate of Force Development test to measure your baseline levels. Then, the app prescribes you with customized training protocols that specify the amount of force to apply, hold times, and the number of sets, reps, exercises to perform to help you make rapid gains in both your health and pitching performance. All workouts are saved to your History so you can track your progress at any time. NO MEDICAL ADVICE: The protocols are intended to provide recommendations but do not constitute medical advice. TRAIN WITH A PLAN Choose your goal, training schedule and available equipment. Build sessions around familiar strength-training splits, with working sets, rep targets, warmups and rest timers. MAKE EVERY SET COUNT Record your weights, reps and effort. Review your target guidance, replace an exercise when you need an alternative, and keep bodyweight and timed movements in their proper units. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Review your training log, volume trends and personal records. Use readiness check-ins and recovery prompts to make more informed choices about today's session. STRENGTH AND CARDIO Keep strength sessions and supported cardio sessions together in one training app. SHARE REPPEN Send a working invitation link. Supported links open the updated REPPEN app when installed, with an App Store fallback for new users. Sharing an invitation does not automatically connect accounts or share workout history. LOCAL FIRST Your training profile and workout history are stored on your device. Core training works offline. Online social connections and cross-device account sync are not enabled in this release. No subscription is required for the features in this version. Built for consistent training, with a focused graphite-and-brass interface and direct, useful guidance. REPPEN provides general fitness guidance; choose weights and exercises appropriate to your ability.
