Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: SuperLeague+ at 4.7 against DigicelTV's 3.2. SuperLeague+ also leads on review sentiment (38% vs 11%) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months). DigicelTV's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
