RPE 8 (slowdown tracker)
Read full descriptionHide full description
Slowdowns in free tier. Works best in 4-20 repetition range and under a minute of time under tension. Limitations: Does not track well true grinder reps. Slower than 20 mm/s. Reps with a pause mid rep are not tracked. Free tier displays slowdowns. The number turns red when the slowdown is likely above RPE 8 for that repetition range. Paid tier displays average repetition velocity. Does not collect or send any of your data, all local processing.
