1099Tracks is the tax-tracking app built for self-employed people who file a Schedule C: realtors, contractors, freelancers, gig workers, consultants and small-business owners. Most tax apps make you do the work twice: once to track expenses, once to categorize them at tax time. 1099Tracks does it once, as you go. WHY 1099TRACKS - Automatic mileage tracking. No more forgetting to hit "Start Trip." Drives are detected automatically, and recurring routes (home → office, home → showings) can be classified with one tap. - Bank-connected expense tracking through Plaid. Your card and bank transactions flow in automatically, and AI suggests the IRS Schedule C line for each one — not just "business" or "personal," but the specific tax lines your CPA cares about. You review and confirm. - A quarterly estimated-tax number from your own data. Self-employment tax plus a federal estimate, computed from your categorized transactions, with the assumptions shown. - AI chat that knows your data. Ask "how much have I spent on supplies this year?" or "what's my Q3 net business income?" and get an answer grounded in your own numbers. - Export a filled IRS Schedule C — the official form, tax years 2022 through 2025 — plus a CPA-ready Excel workbook that maps every business expense to its form and line. WHO IT'S FOR - Realtors with 1099-NEC income - Independent contractors, freelancers and gig workers - Consultants and small-business owners without a bookkeeper - Anyone tired of scrambling for receipts at tax time WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT Most mileage apps only do mileage. Most tax apps only touch your data once a year. 1099Tracks connects the whole loop: your drives, your bank feed, your quarterly estimate and your year-end filing package. All in one place, always up to date, no spreadsheet. PRIVACY & CONTROL - Your financial data is never sold and never shared with advertisers. - Bank connections are handled by Plaid — we never see your bank credentials. - Export your data (year-end tax package, CSVs) or delete your account and all its data at any time. 1099Tracks is not a tax preparer and does not give tax advice. FREE TIER Try 1099Tracks free with one connected bank, 7 days of transaction history, manual mileage and AI chat (5 questions a day, 12 a week). Premium adds 5 connected banks (more for $1/month each), up to 2 years of history, automatic mileage, 2 extra phone lines and 20 AI questions a day (50 a week).
