Are you suffering from dizziness? Does it feel like a battle just to get through the day? How are you supposed to be great at your job and look after your family if you always feel dizzy, anxious and unwell? Is it actually possible to feel normal again?! Have you already tried physiotherapy and vertigo medication... and nothing has quite worked for you? How do you find the TIME to start feeling better if you're a busy parent or have a full time job? Why hasn't anyone explained why you’re still feeling so dizzy and how to get better? Can you really get your balance back without medication or spending hours per day exercising? Are you following a generic list of exercises, some of which are too hard and others feel like a waste of time? If any (or all) of the above questions run through your head… day after day… I might be able to help. Hey, it's Jake here… I've been working with people suffering from acute and chronic dizziness for the last 13 years. I’ve helped thousands of people suffering from dizziness find their balance and finally feel safe by creating a sustainable step by step action plan. However, travelling when you feel dizzy and anxious makes attending appointments difficult. It means even more time away from your family and your work. The travel to and from the appointment can aggravate your symptoms so you don’t feel the benefit of the treatment. However, new technology means we can make that process much more time efficient and cost effective. No fluff. No messing around, just a simple plan to take you from wobbly to rock solid. 1. Follow a proven step by step program 2. Set your goals and track your progress 3. Get feedback and support Take advantage of the free vestibular rehabilitation course and start improving now. Breathe. Listen. Meditate. Meditate Iteratively brings together guided breathing, sound, visualization, and quiet attention in a simple audio-visual practice. Choose between two complementary paths: Breathe • Nāḍī Śodhana — Alternate Nostril Breathing Follow a sun-and-moon visual rhythm through a gently paced alternate-nostril practice. Begin immediately with the five-minute Steady setting, or open Controls to choose a different pace, session length, guidance preference, or custom timing. • Prāṇic Journey Move through a guided visualization of five traditional movements of prāṇa—Prāṇa, Apāna, Samāna, Udāna, and Vyāna—followed by the Five Lights, the gap between two breaths, silent meditation, a gentle stream, and Aum. Meditate • Long Journey — 20 minutes A gradual root-to-crown sound journey through tones associated with Root, Heart, Third Eye, and Crown. • Short Journey — 5 minutes A condensed version for a shorter daily practice. The app combines spoken guidance, layered sound, breath-like audio, expanding visual fields, and periods of silence. Controls can be minimized so attention can rest more fully on the practice. Designed for simplicity • No account or sign-in • No advertising • No subscription • No analytics or tracking • No collection of meditation, breath, biometric, health, location, or audio data • Practices and preferences remain on your device Use headphones or speakers at a low, comfortable volume. Sit or lie down in a safe place where you do not need to drive, operate machinery, or respond immediately to outside demands. Meditate Iteratively supports breathwork, meditation, relaxation, and self-observation. It is not medical treatment. Stop if you experience dizziness, breathlessness, agitation, discomfort, or ear strain. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using breathing practices if you have a medical condition or are uncertain whether they are appropriate for you. Try. Observe. Adjust.
