About

GGym

Features

GGym is a training log stripped back to the part that matters: what you lifted, and what you lifted last time. Start a session, pick an exercise, log your set. Every set you put down sits next to the same set from the last time you trained that movement, so the number to beat is already in front of you — no digging through history halfway through a workout. Weight and reps step with controls big enough to hit one-handed, and you can type a weight straight in when you want to jump rather than climb. Rest looks after itself. Log a set and the clock starts; the bar fills as it counts down, and one tap skips it. FEATURES • Last session's numbers beside every set • A rest timer that starts on its own and skips with a single tap • Weight in kilograms or pounds, and bodyweight movements • Swipe down to see the whole session at a glance • Full history — every session, every exercise, every set • Works entirely offline No account. No sign-up. No ads. Nothing is tracked, and everything you log stays on your device.
