Caffeine Tracking
Read full descriptionHide full description
Caffeine tells you how much caffeine is in your body right now, and when it will drop low enough for you to sleep. It doesn't just add up milligrams. Every drink is absorbed slowly and then clears at your own pace, so the number climbs after a coffee, reaches a peak, and falls, the way caffeine really behaves. Last night's espresso still counts in the morning. Tap a preset to log a drink, or enter a custom amount. Had a coffee earlier and forgot? Set the time and add it. The daily curve shows where you are, and you can drag along it to check your level at any point. When you're deciding on one more cup, drinks that would keep you up past bedtime are greyed out. Make it yours in Settings: how quickly you clear caffeine, your bedtime, and how much you'll allow before sleep. Add the Home Screen widget to keep an eye on your level. Your data stays on your phone. No account, no sign up, no tracking. Export everything as a CSV whenever you like.
