By monitoring your wrist temperature, SleepingTemp can help you identify any issues that may be preventing you from getting the best possible sleep. For example, if your wrist temperature is consistently too high or too low, this may indicate that you are not sleeping deeply enough or that your sleep is being disrupted by external factors. The temperature on the wrist is related to the body temperature. It is measured via the Apple Watch while you sleep. The wrist temperature shows an average of several measurements taken while you are asleep and when the sleep focus is activated. Requirements: - An Apple Watch Series 8 or Apple Watch Ultra. - Sleep must be set up with Track Sleep with Apple Watch enabled. - Sleep Focus must be enabled for at least 4 hours a night for about 5 nights.

The app reads existing wrist temperature values from Apple Health; it does not measure body temperature by itself. Before you start - You need an Apple Watch that supports wrist temperature sensing. - Wear it while sleeping. Track Sleep with Apple Watch and Sleep Focus need to be active for at least 4 hours per night. - After setup or pairing, establishing a baseline usually takes about 5 nights. - Allow the app to read wrist temperature from Health. If Health has no samples, the app cannot show any values. Features - Optional import of recorded cycle starts from Apple Health, with separate read permission. Recorded starts and temperature-based estimates are clearly distinguished.
