Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: RemoteBoot WOL at 4.4 against Wake PC's 3.7. RemoteBoot WOL also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ratings volume (33 vs 3). Wake PC's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs every 11 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

RemoteBoot WOL holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.7. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of RemoteBoot WOL's written reviews are positive against 82% of Wake PC's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
