Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: UBEEQUEE at none against Rightmove property search's shown. UBEEQUEE also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Rightmove property search's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 25 months) and ratings volume (3.8K vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
UBEEQUEE holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rightmove property search has 3.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Rightmove property search's written reviews are positive against 43% of UBEEQUEE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Rightmove property search ships an update weekly, UBEEQUEE every 25 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
