Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: yNot Explore at 100% against DISH Anywhere's 36%. yNot Explore also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). DISH Anywhere's advantage is ratings volume (263K vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
