Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Ukulele Tuner at 4.4 against Hele's 2.7. Ukulele Tuner also leads on review sentiment (62% vs 21%) and ratings volume (2K vs 24). Hele's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
