Verdict
The clearest difference is price: OneDose at Free against AED Sim's $2.49. OneDose also leads on review sentiment (80% vs 50%) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 44 months). AED Sim's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.3) and chart position (#151 vs unranked). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

OneDose is free to download; AED Sim costs $2.49 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
AED Sim holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OneDose has 36 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of AED Sim's written reviews are positive against 80% of OneDose's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
AED Sim ships an update every 44 months, OneDose every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
