ubb is a student-focused marketplace for housing near college and university campuses. Whether you are looking for a sublet, a room, or a place for next semester, Subb makes it easier to discover listings tied to your school and to post your own when you have space to offer. Browse listings for your selected campus area, search by address, and use filters to narrow options by price, dates, bathrooms, square footage, amenities, and roommate preferences. Save listings you like and keep track of what you have posted in one place. Create a listing with photos, availability, pricing, and details so other students can understand your offer. We show approximate location to help balance visibility with privacy. You can indicate whether roommates already live in the unit and adjust your listing when plans change. Subb is operated by 4FRNT EDUCATION L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company. Subb is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any college or university. School names are used only to help you find housing in those communities. By using Subb you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older to use the app. Subb does not replace your own due diligence, lease review, or compliance with local housing and fair housing rules. Always verify listings and people you meet through the app. If you have questions or feedback, use the contact information provided in the app or in our policies. Welcome to Subb.
