Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Hersheypark at 67% against DriveEzMD's 19%. Hersheypark also leads on rating (4.8 vs 3.1) and ratings volume (40K vs 111). DriveEzMD's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
