Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: LaborChart at 5.0 against My Records's 2.2. LaborChart also leads on iOS requirement (14.4 vs 26.0). My Records's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (55 vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
