Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Wahoo at 4.7 against ONBEAT's 3.7. Wahoo also leads on ratings volume (43K vs 3). ONBEAT's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (9.3 vs 18.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wahoo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. ONBEAT asks for nothing beyond the download.
Wahoo holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wahoo has 43K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
