Elite Breathing provides more than breathing exercises. It helps you understand your everyday breathing, assesses its function, and helps you train with purpose. Choose the experience that works for you: 1. Performance Mode gives you structure, direction, and accountability. Start with audio-guided, science-backed Breath Assessment, which measures three pillars of breath health: Diaphragm Health, Carbon Dioxide Health, and Emotional Health. Your results generate a custom training protocol based on what your breathing needs most. You can train at your own pace or take the 14-Day Sprint Challenge to build momentum and accelerate your progress. 2. Explorer Mode gives you the freedom to choose from nearly 30 guided breathing exercises in the Vault, each with video demonstration, or work through Breath Boot Camp, a structured 30-day, 8-level program built around five minutes of daily breath training. Switch between Explorer and Performance Mode whenever your needs or goals change. Smart reminders help keep your training on track, while you keep in touch with Coach Joe through in-app messaging and his two decades of breath experience. Streaks, charts, progress tracking, and historical trends help you see your improvement over time. Whether your goal is better performance, recovery, stress management, mental stability, or healthier everyday breathing, Elite Breathing gives you more than breathing exercises. It provides a clear and accessible method to train your breathing habits to support your long-term health.
