Each workout is recorded by date, and progress for each exercise is shown graphically. Previous workouts can be entered manually to complete your record, and all data is backed up to the cloud.

Use HIIT Builder Lite as a free interval timer to manage your High Intensity Interval Training to maximize your fitness. Create custom interval workouts to energize your personal training. The workout is stored on your device. There is no need to create an account. We don’t ask for any personal health data. HIIT Builder Lite is a great interval training app for home workouts or workouts at the park. You can create Tabata workouts or any HIIT workout of your choice. The ability to customize any interval workout to your needs allows you to take control of your fitness using HIIT Builder Lite as an interval timer for high intensity interval training. HIIT Builder Lite can also be used for custom yoga and other custom movement workouts. HIIT Builder Lite uses large fonts and contrasting colors to make it easy to see where you are in an exercise in your interval workout. Interval transitions are easy to see on the user interface. The app also rings bells when switching from one workout interval to the next workout interval. Each interval workout can be completely customized. You can have each exercise interval be the same length or you can modify each interval’s length to get exactly what you need from the exercise. Create as many interval workouts as you want.
