Are you feeling stressed, not quite yourself, or worried about a loved one? iChill is here to help. iChill teaches six wellness skills from the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM)® and Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® to help you manage sensations associated with trauma and stress, enhancing your well-being. Based on the biology of the human nervous system, iChill helps us understand and regulate our body's natural rhythms. When in harmony, our nervous system aids in navigating life's challenges, helping us make sound decisions for ourselves and our community. This balanced state is called the Resilient Zone or "Okay Zone." Stressful events can bump us into the High Zone (anxious, uptight) or Low Zone (numb, disconnected). iChill helps us return to our Okay Zone, restoring balance. Regular practice of these skills can reduce anxiety and depression symptoms, improving overall well-being. iChill benefits children, teens, and adults of all ages. It helps us answer the question, “What else is true?” leaning into our strengths to help manage distress in the present moment. iChill is not meant as a substitute for counseling with a licensed mental health professional. CareKonnect connects independent caregivers and home-care agencies with real patients seeking in-home care in their area. Spend less time hunting for clients and more time doing the work you love. Whether you're an individual caregiver building your own client base or an agency managing a team, CareKonnect delivers matched patient leads straight to your inbox filtered to your location and the type of care you provide. WHY CAREGIVERS CHOOSE CAREKONNECT • Matched leads, not cold calls. We surface patients near you who actually need the care you offer, by zip code, care type, and timing. • Pay only for what you use. Browse matched leads for free. Unlock a patient's contact details only when a lead is the right fit. No subscriptions, no monthly fees. • Real people, real care. Every lead is a real patient request for in-home services like elder care, dementia support, companion care, and disability care. • Verified and trusted. Complete secure identity verification (and business verification for agencies) so patients know they're connecting with legitimate, qualified caregivers. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign up as an individual caregiver or an agency. 2. Set your service area and the types of care you provide. 3. Get matched patient leads in your inbox. 4. Preview each lead's location, care type, and timing for free. 5. Unlock contact details for the leads that fit, and reach out directly. STAY ON TOP OF EVERY OPPORTUNITY Get notified the moment a new matched lead arrives so you never miss a chance to grow your practice. Manage your profile, service area, and notification preferences any time. A NOTE ON PAYMENTS CareKonnect is a lead-generation marketplace for real-world, in-person caregiving services — similar to other professional services marketplaces. The caregiving itself is arranged and delivered off-app, directly between the caregiver and the patient. We don't sell digital goods or subscriptions. Download CareKonnect and start connecting with patients who need you.
