Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: iProcess at 3.0 against Labor Sync's 2.3. iProcess also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 25 months) and ratings volume (29 vs 3). Labor Sync's advantage is review sentiment (73% vs 49%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
iProcess holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iProcess has 29 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of iProcess's written reviews are positive against 73% of Labor Sync's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
iProcess ships an update every 2 months, Labor Sync every 25 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
