Verdict
NJ.com and الحق والضلال both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of الحق والضلال's written reviews are positive against 18% of NJ.com's. الحق والضلال also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). NJ.com's advantage is ratings volume (25K vs 212) and chart position (#55 vs unranked). On price and rating there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NJ.com sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. الحق والضلال asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for NJ.com against 4.6 for الحق والضلال. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NJ.com has 25K ratings behind it against 212, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 18% of NJ.com's written reviews are positive against 100% of الحق والضلال's.
