Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: WaiterOne at 3.5 against OrdersTracker's 3.0. WaiterOne also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 weeks) and ratings volume (13 vs 2). OrdersTracker's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 76%) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

WaiterOne holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WaiterOne has 13 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of WaiterOne's written reviews are positive against 100% of OrdersTracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

WaiterOne ships an update every 2 days, OrdersTracker every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 18, 2026 and September 19, 2026 respectively.
