About

Scadentar

Features

Scadentar keeps every due date in your life on one calm calendar, so a subscription never charges you by surprise and a document never expires before you notice. Four things, done simply: SUBSCRIPTIONS ON A CALENDAR See every recurring payment laid out on a monthly calendar, with the total for each day and a clear "due this month" figure. Monthly, yearly, and one-time payments are all supported. Amounts show in your local currency, with EUR converted automatically using a rate you control. Cancelled something? Mark it cancelled instead of deleting it and you keep the record, while finished one-off payments move to an Archived list on their own. EXPIRY TRACKER Track the things that quietly lapse: ID documents, passports, warranties, insurance, subscriptions you meant to cancel. Each item shows its status at a glance: valid, expiring soon, or expired. Search and filter by category so the next thing that needs attention is always on top. EVERY OTHER EXPENSE Groceries, fuel, a dentist visit: log what you spend and it lands in the same list as that month's subscription charges, under one running total. Add a category, a place and how you paid, or type the amount and move on. Got money back? Record a refund, partial or full, and every figure follows it down. A cumulative line draws the month as it fills, with last month ghosted behind it, so you can see whether you're ahead or behind without doing the arithmetic. IS THIS MONTH NORMAL? That's the question the Statistics tab answers. Your spending is drawn month by month and measured against the median of your recent months, so one unusual month doesn't set the bar. Break it down by category, by place, or by how you paid, and see what moved furthest from your usual. A committed figure shows what your active subscriptions add up to every month, before they are charged. And when something has been charging you more than it used to, Scadentar says so, with the month it changed and the amounts. REMINDERS, AHEAD OF TIME Get a local notification a few days before anything is due or expires, at a time of day you choose. Reminders for the same day are grouped into one tidy alert instead of a pile of buzzes. Add an optional second, earlier heads-up for things you renew far in advance, like insurance. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN AND LOCK SCREEN "Due This Month" and "Next Up" widgets keep the numbers where you already look. "Due This Month" runs on the Lock Screen as well, so the figure is there the moment you pick up your phone. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data is yours. Scadentar has no account and no sign-up, shows no ads, and tracks nothing. There is no third-party code in the app at all. Everything is stored on your device and synced, only to you, through your own iCloud. Nothing is sent to us, because there is no "us" server to send it to. MADE TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY - A clean, fast interface that respects Dark Mode and Dynamic Type - Works the moment you open it. Pick your country and you're set - No subscriptions to track your subscriptions: Scadentar is free Never miss a payment again. Download Scadentar and let the due dates come to you.
