Using taxi.eu, you remain mobile in Europe’s biggest taxi community and you will reach your destination in a fast, easy and reliable way. This is the way it works: 1. Enter your destination address! The estimated fare is displayed! 2. Call a taxi! Select a taxi according to your wishes! 3. Your taxi picks you up! Track the taxi on its way to you and make the most of the waiting time! 4. Pay with the taxi app! The full fare is displayed and you can pay comfortably and cashless! 5. Rate your ride! Thanks to your feedback, the taxis will adapt their services to your needs! 6. If necessary, contact customer service! Simply tap on customer service if you have a personal request! Sometimes it is an advantage to talk to somebody in person. You may have forgotten something in the taxi or if you have a question – just contact the competent customer service. You can find the link with your ride in the order history. Welcome to the NAHSHUTTLE App In some regions of Schleswig-Holstein, on-demand transport services operate alongside traditional public transportation such as trains and buses. Some of these services can be booked conveniently and individually through the NAHSHUTTLE app. All on-demand services that can be booked via the NAHSHUTTLE app are subject to the Schleswig-Holstein public transport fare system (SH fare). This means that journeys with NAHSHUTTLE cost the same as regular public transportation in Schleswig-Holstein. In some service areas, an additional convenience surcharge applies per booking. You can pay for your ticket directly in the app. Alternatively, you can travel using a Deutschlandticket or a day pass, for example. If you already have a Deutschlandticket or another valid ticket, please select “Public Transport Ticket Available” in the app. How it works: • Enter your pickup and destination addresses in the NAHSHUTTLE app. • The app will immediately show you which vehicle can pick you up, when, and at which (virtual) stop, as well as the (virtual) stop where you will be dropped off. • Book the connection that suits you best. • If you do not already have a valid public transport ticket, simply pay for your journey in the app using your saved payment method. • You can track your vehicle’s location live in the app. • When boarding, please show your booking code. • Other passengers may join the ride during your journey. By sharing rides, we combine travel requests and help reduce traffic on the roads. • Once you have reached your destination, we would appreciate your feedback and rating.
