Sehr gute App, ich bin sehr zufrieden… Aber:
Ich nutze die App eigentlich immer wenn ich mit dem Taxi fahre. Das geschieht durchschnittlich einmal bis zweimal in der Woche… Aufgrund meiner Sehbehinderung bin ich auf eine gewisse Barrierefreiheit angewiesen Apps müssen mit meinemScreenreader zusammenarbeiten. Mit dieser App geht das wunderbar… Ein kleiner Wunsch bleibt jedoch offen: die Bewertung der Fahrten mit Sternen ist mitVoiceover leider nicht möglich…

Der Taxifahrer sehr freundlich und hat mich schnell nach Hause gebracht
Prima, aber Startposition wird unbeabsichtigt verändert
Eine prima App, allerdings gibt es bei der Angabe der Startposition ein Problem. Wenn ich zuhause die App starte, wird meine registrierte Adresse vorgeschlagen und angezeigt. Ich wohne in einem Gartenhaus, so dass die Wohnung näher an der Parallelstraße liegt. Wenn ich das Ziel angeben habe und den Auftrag erteile, stelle ich in der Bestätigung fest, dass die App den Startpunkt in die Parallelstraße verlegt hat. Auch wenn ich den Fahrer sofort informiere, kommt er schon verärgert an. Bitte die Auftragsprozedur so ändern, dass dies nicht passieren kann!

App needs work, drivers are alright
I really want this app to work. It charges drivers the closest to a fair commission. The app makes it hard though.
Previous problems with payments on the app caused me to give up on taxi.eu.
It has been some time, so I tried again, thinking maybe those problems had been fixed.
They were, but the app needs a lot of work.
1. Locations. On multiple occasions, the app places me somewhere where I am not. Or it looks right on my map, but a driver told me they thought I was elsewhere. Or a driver only got a street name, but no number, or a driver was sent to the courtyard behind my building instead of the street in front of it. I get alerts that my taxi has arrived when it is still around the corner or somewhere else I can’t see.
2. Payment. Paying in advance takes four more clicks than any other app. one should only need to confirm once, not twice. The wait time for each step is longer than the other apps too.
3. Payment. I can pay in advance if I want a fixed rate. If I want to pay by distance/time, it isn’t automatic a la FreeNow. It requires that o sit in the taxi while the driver works out how to get a code, send a request, I type it in and approve etc. This is extra annoying when the app needs three times as long with this app as with others to process each steps
3. Wait times. When I request a taxi, it takes noticeably longer for a driver to accept my request than it does with FreeNow, even in areas with many taxis. I assume this is at least partially due to slow processing at every step - receive and process my request, share it with drivers, receive notification of acceptance, notifying me.
4. Too many notifications. Don’t send me three requests to rate a ride. Don’t send me any requests to rate a ride before the ride is even over.
As long as I’m not in a hurry, I keep trying, because I want to support the drivers. That is the only reason I keep trying. As an app experience it is too annoying to use when compared to the competition.
