Customers can retrieve up-to-date information about their shipments using Trace by equipment, Trace by location, and Train Trace, or send information to CSX using the Inventory Management Switch Request features. ShipCSX mobile allows trucking company customers to enter information about freight to be dropped and picked up at the CSX terminals through the XGate part of the application, providing a more efficient experience at the terminals. ShipCSX Mobile is designed with our supply-chain and logistics conscious business customers in mind. For security reasons, only authenticated CSX customers can access shipment information through the application.
