Create invoices, send quotes, track your hours and photograph receipts, wherever you are. What you do in the app lands in the same bookkeeping as the browser, straight away. INVOICES Finish the invoice while you are still standing at the customer. Send it by email or as an e-invoice over the Peppol network, and with an e-invoice you see on the invoice itself whether it was delivered, accepted and paid. QUOTES Put your quote together, send it with a subject and message of your own, and turn it into an invoice with one tap once the customer agrees. HOURS Start the timer when you begin a job and stop it when you are done. On the project page you then pick which entries go on the invoice, so you never retype an hour. RECEIPTS Tap Take photo and the receipt goes straight to your jortt Inbox. With jortt Plus, AI Scan and Recognise reads the details out of it for you. CUSTOMERS Look a customer up or add one, and start an invoice or a quote from that customer right away. FIGURES Outstanding invoices, your VAT, cash and bank, profit and loss and the balance sheet, updated on the day you look. WHAT YOU DO AT HOME In the browser you link your bank account and process your transactions. You file the VAT return there too. In the app you follow along. WHAT YOU NEED A jortt account. The app comes with every plan at no extra cost, including the free Starter plan: with it you create and send invoices and quotes, keep track of your hours and send e-invoices over Peppol. Starter does not include Bookings and the Inbox, because that is the bookkeeping. Want those as well, then you pick a paid plan. ABOUT JORTT Online bookkeeping for freelancers and small businesses in the Netherlands, since 2015, with our own PSD2 licence from De Nederlandsche Bank. E-invoicing over Peppol is in every plan, including the free Starter plan.
