Seconds is an interval timer for HIIT, Tabata, EMOM, circuits and any workout built from timed intervals. It calls each interval out loud, keeps running with the screen off, and runs on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Apple has featured it, and Joe Wicks, The Body Coach, has said it is the fitness app he uses more than any other. BUILD ANY WORKOUT - Start from a HIIT, Tabata or circuit template, or build a timer from scratch with sets, rounds and intervals of different lengths. - Chain timers into one compound timer, so a warm-up flows into the main set and then a cool-down. - Color-code every interval so you know what is coming before the beep. - Share a timer with a friend in one tap. HEAR IT, DON'T WATCH IT - Voice cues call out each interval by name and warn you before the next one starts. - Beeps and bells are there too if you would rather not be talked at. - Play your own music, per timer or per interval. Cues duck the music and it comes back up when they are done. - The timer keeps going in the background while you use other apps or the screen sleeps. ON THE GYM FLOOR - A full-screen, color-coded display you can read from across the room, in portrait or landscape. On iPad it uses the whole screen. - A lock button stops a stray tap from pausing your set. APPLE WATCH - Seconds runs on the watch by itself, so the phone can stay in the locker. Timers you build on the phone sync to the wrist, and Quick Intervals builds a basic circuit on the watch itself. MORE TIMERS - A stopwatch that marks your best and worst laps. - A countdown timer with five preset durations (three on Apple Watch). APPLE HEALTH - Save workouts and mindful sessions to Health. With a heart rate monitor connected, Seconds reads your body measurements and year of birth from Health to estimate calories burned. FREE TO TRY, ONE PAYMENT TO UNLOCK - Everything is available from the first launch. Build any timer and run it. - Each timer locks after you run it once. A single in-app purchase removes the lock on every timer you make. SECONDS AND SECONDS PRO - Seconds Pro is the same app, paid once up front, with nothing to unlock. The two are separate products and a purchase in one does not carry over to the other. If you bought Seconds Pro, download Seconds Pro. If you bought the unlock in Seconds, download Seconds and use Restore Purchases.

Every Sunday, precog draws an AI portrait of who you become. A behavior-driven future self at 1, 5, and 10 years out, built from the week you just lived. Pure ritual, one minute a day. THE WEEKLY FUTURE-SELF RITUAL You upload one baseline photo. Through the week you log sleep, exercise, and water, a minute at a time. Every Sunday at 7 PM the portrait lands in your home screen. Resolution starts low and sharpens with every log; gaps blur the future. BEHAVIOR-DRIVEN AI PORTRAIT Three futures, side by side: PREDICTION - where this week is taking you WORST - if every habit slipped BEST - if you doubled down The triptych moves week by week. Watch your prediction drift toward the pole you're choosing. 1, 5, AND 10-YEAR HORIZONS Pro members see the same triptych at three time horizons. The same week, projected one year, five years, ten years out. Habit changes that look invisible at 1 year compound visibly at 10. BUILD HABITS THAT CHANGE YOUR FACE In 2011, Stanford research by Dr. Hal Hershfield showed people who saw an aged version of themselves saved twice as much for retirement. precog brings that mirror into your week. Not "someday you", next- Sunday you. The portrait is not a forecast. It's a compass: three poles between which the next decade of your face is being decided. FREE HABIT TRACKER + WEEKLY REVEAL Two free Sundays let you see your prediction and your envelope. After that, the future-portrait surface is Pro-only, but habit tracking keeps working without a subscription. Sleep, exercise, hydration logs remain yours. Pro adds: - Weekly triptych at 1Y, 5Y, and 10Y - Higher-resolution portraits across every horizon - Past-week deep dives - sleep, exercise, hydration broken down - Future revisions as your habits change Plans: - Future Self Monthly - $9.99 / month - cancel anytime - Future Self Annual - $79.99 / year - 33% off monthly - Lifetime Future Portrait - $199.99 once - keeps Pro forever YOUR PHOTO STAYS YOURS The baseline image is uploaded once and never used outside your weekly portrait. With your explicit in-app consent, your selfie and a numeric summary of the week's logs travel briefly to Google's Gemini API to render the portrait - described in detail in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke AI portrait service consent anytime in Settings. We do not sell, train on, or share user photos. No ads, no third-party analytics SDKs. THE WEEKLY CHECK-IN precog is one ritual repeated. Sunday evenings, you sit with the portrait. Most weeks the prediction barely shifts. Some weeks it moves markedly - toward the BEST, or toward the WORST. That movement is the point. The future you're heading into is being decided in the week you just lived. Built for a minute a day and a Sunday viewing, not a tracking grind. This app uses generative AI (Google Gemini 3 Pro Image) to render weekly future-self portraits, only after you grant in-app consent. Generated images are predictions based on your logged habits, not photographs and not medical, dermatological, or clinical advice.
