Most Enneagram apps hand you a type and stop there. Ennestia picks up where the test ends. Knowing you are a Three or a Six is a starting point, not an answer. What actually changes your day is knowing where you are RIGHT NOW, and having a way back when you are gripped. HOW IT WORKS 1. Find your type. A three-part assessment (head, heart, body) gives you a composite type with percentages, your wing, and an honest look at close candidates. Or just tell us your type if you already know it. 2. Check in. Place yourself on nine levels, from Gripped through Managing to Free. It takes thirty seconds and it is the whole point. Everyone moves through all of them, every day. 3. Coach up. A guided conversation that meets you where you actually are and helps you take one step toward center. Not generic advice. Your type, your level, your situation. 4. Watch it move. Over time you see your center of gravity, the place you generally live, and whether it is drifting toward center or away from it. WHAT IS INSIDE . A composite type assessment built on our own instruments . Nine levels across three zones, with what each one actually feels like . Daily check-ins that take under a minute . A coach that remembers your patterns and gets more useful over time . Situations library for the moments that keep catching you . Conversation prep for a talk you are dreading . Pair reports for understanding someone else . Growth tracking, so progress is visible instead of vibes WHO IT IS FOR Adults doing real self-growth work. People who liked the test and wanted somewhere to go next. Anyone tired of being handed a personality label with no instructions. HONEST NOTES Ennestia is a growth and reflection tool, not therapy, not medical care, and not a diagnosis. The Enneagram is a framework for self-understanding, not a validated clinical instrument, and we treat it that way. If you are in crisis, the app will say so and point you toward real support rather than coaching you through it. Subscription unlocks the coaching features. The assessment and your type are free. You can cancel anytime and we will never quietly raise the price on you.
