Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Jigsaw Puzzles⁺ at none against Jigsaw World's shown. Jigsaw Puzzles⁺ also leads on review sentiment (88% vs 70%) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). Jigsaw World's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
