Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Chatbooks at none against The Camera Shop's shown. Chatbooks also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (250K vs 16). The Camera Shop's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 64%) and iOS requirement (12 vs 18.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for The Camera Shop against 4.8 for Chatbooks.
