Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Rita's Ice at free against Cinnabon's free with in-app purchases. Rita's Ice also leads on review sentiment (54% vs 34%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Cinnabon's advantage is chart position (#72 vs unranked). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.
