Always good
This place seems to always be packed but that’s because it’s so good worth the wait as the line goes pretty fast and the employees are always super nice.
♥️🍒
I love my store in New Castle Delaware! The staff are very attentive & friendly but….I love the cherry 🍒 gelati!!! Keep that one on the menu everyday!!!

App stuck on create account
Buggy
Lots of bugs like not being able to order at certain locations that show online order. Same with some stores not showing the custard for Gelati so they can’t be ordered.
Promo code for custard needed credit card
Such a clunky process, I should not have to put a credit card in if my amount is zero
Delicious
First time having Rita
A lot of info
The app requires a lot of personal information & doesn’t use Apple Pay.
AMAZING FEELING !
The creamy style ice cream is just out of this world. Love the app setting, you are able to get your rewards asap and quick to check out.
The best Icee spot
Rita’s always has the best icees and gelato’s if you never had it you should try it.
Won’t let me log in
After several months, I still can’t log in to this app
Online App is trash
Placing an order online can be difficult, especially when picking your time
Great Seevice
Great Service and wonderful people and great way to cool off!
Wild Black Cherry!
Tastes so natural with actual bits of cherries. Not at all like typical fake red cherry flavor. It’s the best!
Can’t put in email address yall need to fix it asap
