App is useless
When using the App at various locations, the scan tool doesn’t work and employees don’t no how to enter my account number. So I don’t get credit for my visits. This has happened numerous times this season and on Two Punch Tuesdays.
Not receiving my my punches
I was venturing to Rita’s frequently and especially double point Tuesday. Several times I didn’t receive my punch or double punch.

Rita’s flavors and combinations of ices and custard are just unbeatable. Excellent flavors.
Disappointed
Went to Rita’s in West Hempstead. Had two rewards and I was told I can only use one and I would have to come back in 3 hours to use the other reward. Guess they just lost a customer! Good luck!

I go to Rita’s so much I should have stock in their company. The app was the best thing that one of the employees showed me. How ever I was in Staten Island about to get back on the ferry and their was a Rita’s station there and lady that worked their told me they don’t use the app so she couldn’t scan my phone. I was a lil taken back because I thought ALL Rita’s used the app.

No option for gelati blenders and other mixes that you can order at the store.
Can’t even log in correctly
I have my birthday Italian ice which is good for only like another week, and every time I try to log into the app, it forces me to complete this registration full of information I should have already filled out. Once I complete it, it gives me a notification saying something went wrong, so I try clicking cancel and it says I need to complete it in order to use the app. You have to really piss me off in order for me to write a review on anything.

Rita’s has the best vanilla custard only if they could get Vanilla Cream or Sweet Cream Vanilla.Something different and taste variations

I did not work all the time which leads to missed points! There should be a place for missed scans. I’ve never done an online order.
