Can’t even log in correctly
I have my birthday Italian ice which is good for only like another week, and every time I try to log into the app, it forces me to complete this registration full of information I should have already filled out. Once I complete it, it gives me a notification saying something went wrong, so I try clicking cancel and it says I need to complete it in order to use the app. You have to really piss me off in order for me to write a review on anything.

I love the wild black cherry Italian ice and the service is top tier. I would personally like to shout out Michael at the Sharonville Ohio location. Last time I visited he personally came over to greet me even though someone else was assisting me.

I have personally found that the customer facing employees are not always as diligent as they could be about asking if you are a “Rita’s” member or would you like to add your purchase to your Rita’s rewards.
