Welcome Offer Not Honored
I registered for the first time and the site offered me a 4 count minibon offer with any purchase and it wouldn’t add it to my order. Major let down
Why add it
1. It’s on you to figure out stores that offer its use Guessing 50% stores do not qualify. The “customer is not right “ or appreciated example?
2. The company will not allow you to submit for unauthorized Cinnabon locations. even if you use receipts that you bought a bun , coffee etc .
3. Clumsy app. You need to understand and spend 20 -40 minutes to understand how to use it. Plus complex specials , “if you get this with beverage !”( fine print, that is on of three out of 20).
4. Company doesn’t allow for mistakes if you miss something on the app. They will look for anything to deny you points. Save your time don’t reach out.
5. Locations get order long after you submit. Combine this with little understanding of the app by store personnel… Do you have a disaster?

BUGS & LOAD TIME
App works.. sometimes. If you want to make an order before hand it’s fast & easy but accessing your rewards and simply opening the app isn’t. I had a rewards for a free bun but couldn’t use it because the app would say “Rewards & Offers Information Is Not Available Right Now”. Restarting the app but still no solution

This app never works. If you sign up for rewards the account does not register. Trying to log in freezes the app. When I receive email offers they never show up in the app. Items that my local store sells, like CinnaPacks, are not available to order. No clue what this app is actually useful for.

Could not apply a promotion and when asked for feedback I could not write my feedback. App is no good.
Customizing order
I wish there was a better variety option for trying all Cinnabons at once choosing different flavors of 16.

Why do I need to pay $10 to use this app, if I’m not making a purchase? Because of this, I’m no longer using this app.

It never gets old ordering from this place. I’ve been eating there since I was a little kid and the flavor barely changes. It taste the same. It feels like my childhood.
Useless App
I signed up and put in my Debit card info and I’m seconds, it literally doesn’t save your payment information. Even though you click on save Card. Why design an app so that customers can get rewards? Fix it
Easier to pay
ApplePay should be an option. Also auto fill for card.
Worst app
Can never log in. When I finally get on none of the links/codes work. It’s horrible. “Something went wrong please try again later”. Don’t bother. Website doesn’t work either. Constant errors. Tried chrome and safari. Guess I’ll just have to stick to in-store coupons.
App bug
Constantly logs you out and 99% of the time, cannot log in. It will load/buffer and return back to sign-in page.
