About

E1RM Calculator

Features

E1RM Calculator is a powerful training tool for strength athletes. Using the scientifically-backed RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) method developed by Mike Tuchscherer and popularised by Barbell Medicine, it gives you accurate one rep max estimates and helps you plan complete training sessions. CALCULATE YOUR 1RM Enter the weight you lifted, the number of reps, and how hard it felt on the RPE scale. The app instantly estimates your one rep max using a precise lookup table that accounts for both rep count and perceived exertion. TRAINING PERCENTAGES See your estimated working weights at 95%, 90%, 85%, 80%, 75%, 70%, 65%, and 60% of your 1RM at a glance. Use the custom percentage calculator to find the weight for any percentage you need. SETS PLANNER Plan your full training session before you walk into the gym. Configure your opening set, then add follow-up sets using RPE targets, percentage reductions or increases, or specific weights. Generate your complete session and copy it to your clipboard to share or reference during training. FLEXIBLE SETTINGS Choose between kg and lbs. Configure weight rounding to match your available plates — round to the nearest 0.5 or 2.5, and choose whether to round up, down, or to the nearest increment. SIMPLE AND FOCUSED No account required. No ads. Works completely offline. Your settings are saved locally on your device.
