Both are free to download. Serialna sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month and QueuePad for Customer Waitlist sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
QueuePad for Customer Waitlist holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: QueuePad for Customer Waitlist has 18 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Serialna's written reviews are positive against 33% of QueuePad for Customer Waitlist's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
