Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Procabs at 100% against GoCar's 18%. Procabs also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.5) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). GoCar's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (20 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Procabs holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GoCar has 20 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 18% of GoCar's written reviews are positive against 100% of Procabs's.
GoCar ships an update every 4 weeks, Procabs every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 7, 2026.
