CHOOSE WHAT TO EXPORT • Select one, several, or all calendars • Use the last 7 days, preset ranges, or a custom date range • Filter events by words in the title or notes FLEXIBLE OUTPUT • Create CSV files for spreadsheets and data workflows • Create ICS files for compatible calendar apps • Preserve recurring-event occurrences and all-day events • Include useful fields such as title, start and end time, duration, calendar, location, and notes • Pro can also include timezone and event ID columns PRIVATE BY DESIGN Calendar content is processed on your device. Cal2CSV does not upload your calendar data to a server. FREE AND PRO The free version exports events from the most recent 7 days, with up to 10 events per export.
