정부24(구 민원24) holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 정부24(구 민원24) has 434 ratings behind it against 30, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of 포켓CU's written reviews are positive against 17% of 정부24(구 민원24)'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
