Verdict
Steve Madden and Rainbow Shops both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 73% of Rainbow Shops's written reviews are positive against 38% of Steve Madden's. Steve Madden's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0).
