Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Smith's at 4.8 against Ocean Mart Grocery's 4.0. Smith's also leads on ratings volume (95K vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). Ocean Mart Grocery's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
