You worked eight accounts today and the numbers are already blurring. Open the book, post each stop while it's fresh, and the page keeps the running total no order-entry screen ever shows you: your cases, the SPIFF you're pacing into, and how much sample allowance you have left to burn this month. This is a route rep's call book, not a company CRM. You post stops the way you actually work a street, and every account you call on keeps its own history — the last order, the placement you fought for, the follow-up you owe. This is a personal performance and commission book. It sells no wine or spirits, processes no orders, and is not a store. It keeps a rep's own numbers, on their own phone. HOW THE BOOK WORKS The Day Page Today's route reads as one ruled page, every stop booked under its account heading. Placements post in gold, cases out the door in book-black, sample drops in red ink as a parenthesized negative. You read the whole day at a glance instead of scrolling a feed. The Entry Slip Post a stop and the slip does the line math for you. Each line picks its own ink — placement, depletion, or sample — and the sample line shows its red-ink negative before you even save, so you always know what a drop costs you against the allowance. Carried Forward A double-rule footer re-inks as you post: month cases, projected commission at your own SPIFF rates (focus, standard, well), and the sample allowance draining in the margin. The month's standing is never a mystery you wait on until the check clears. Standings A month-end abstract page: your top accounts by case volume, how your sample drops are converting to placements, your best call-day pattern, and red-ink marginalia on the accounts going quiet — the Roosevelt Wines that hasn't ordered in 45 days and never got a follow-up. The Cellar Set your SPIFF schedule, your monthly sample allowance, and your route days once. Export the whole book to CSV or JSON for the Friday recap your manager wants, or just to keep a copy that's yours. YOUR BOOK, NOT THE HOUSE'S Everything stays on your phone. No distributor login, no account to make, works with no signal in a back room or a walk-in cooler. When you change houses, the book goes with you — every account, every placement, every follow-up. Vintry is an independent tool for wine and spirits reps and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any distributor, supplier, importer, or brand. The full book is a subscription: the whole account list with per-account placement history, the Standings conversion and slipping-account read, and one-tap recap export. By the month or by the year, with a 30-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; the plan renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it in Settings.
