How so low?
If you have used other programs you know that this is the best, is it perfect? Nothing is but this program is the one to use if you are appraising hands down.

Needs improvement, no dark mode, the camera options worked then It stopped. They need to fix that asap! Been using it for years and hope they change that! Could be a 5 star
It’s good but not as bad as the reviews seem.
The app is pretty solid overall. Every now and then I run into glitches where I have to go to my sales manager to pick things back up, but that ends up being more work for him than me.
There’s definitely room for optimization, but compared to other apps we use at the dealership, I have fewer issues with this one.

buggy battery draining app
Horrid app I’m forced to use for my job duties. Hardly uploads photos from importing from camera roll, saves photos half the time, and destroys your phones battery and ultimately the device itself after constant use.
Won’t activate camera
For some reason, it stopped activating the camera to scan the vin… done for.

Only app that gets worse by the update
Every update makes the app worse, now this stupid app ask to log In with a bridge ID and even know I have access because I can log in to it online, I can’t log in using the app because it says my bridge id is not connected.
Constant crashing
Camera is buggy, the app will randomly crash, try to open up an appraisal for a car and the app just freezes then crashes. Now it won’t even open 🤗
Keeps Crashing
I use this app daily to upload inventory photos. My boss got mad at me for not uploading them today, but I can’t because every time I open the app it crashes! Everything is up to date on my phone. Please fix this before I get fired!
Camera Limitations, No Fix in Sight
I've been using the Provision app for several years and have consistently faced a major limitation: it only utilizes the main camera on my device. The ultrawide and telephoto lenses are not recognized at all, which leads to poor image quality when trying to capture detailed shots inside vehicles. Zooming in results in blurry photos, making it difficult to document buttons or intricate interior details accurately.
Despite repeated calls to support over the years, this issue remains unresolved. A representative even acknowledged that it's a known limitation with no plans for a fix. Instead, they suggested switching to their other app, Snaplot, which does support all camera lenses — but at a steep cost of $400/month. That price point feels unreasonable just to access basic camera functionality that most other apps include by default.
If you're considering Provision for automotive documentation and rely on multiple camera lenses for quality photos, be aware that this app may not meet your needs. It's disappointing to see such an essential feature overlooked without any signs of future improvement.

This most recent update is horrible for uploading photos. Makes rearranging much more difficult and more glitchy. Rest of the app seems to be fine

Scanner very glitchy
The bar code scanner is incredibly glitchy for me. It freezes about 90% of the time before I’m able to scan the bar code, rendering the app basically useless. Deleting and re-installing the app hasn’t changed anything. I submitted this feedback to support via the app and got no response. If this gets fixed, then I will again appreciate the convenience the app brings. However with this problem, it has become nothing but frustratingly useless.
Update: the app update has fixed the issue, so the app is a good one again and I have changed my rating to five stars.

Too many problems
I use this app daily for work. Constantly have struggles with the photos uploading, being able to modify the last photo, connection errors, etc.
